I joined United Specialist in 2018- From the minute i walked into the office i knew what i would be a great place to work. it was all very appealing to me and where i could progress. Its Fun Fast Paced and rewarding and i have never looked back since. I would recommend working at United Specialist to anyone. Good pay and benefits and growth opportunity \All our Dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them\..Walt Disney.

This place is a joke, I walked in for an interview and left. There is no AC, its also overcrowded for a small area. When I arrived there I was greeted with “are you chingon with sales?”. Where is the professionalism? It was the first time I ever walked out of an interview. Stay away.

I've been working with United Specialists for two years now. I started when it was just me and another agent. Now we are at 70 agents. The growth and opportunity is here if you want it! With a base salary of 2000 with bonuses and incentives what else could you ask for!? That's more than any other call center from my understanding and that's just to start with. This is a sales oriented call center not customer service whatsoever. So if you are a beast with 90% english and above and love money then this is the place for you. If you like doing the minimum and are comfortable with the national minimum wage well this is not for you. Simple at that! Are you beastmode or are you sleepmode??!!
