Our ticket agent, Betty Melchor, helped us get back to Toronto from PVR after our original flight was cancelled due to engine trouble. Betty went above and beyond in her efforts to get us home after our original airline, Air Canada, completely refused to help us return to Toronto. Without Betty's assistance we would have been stuck with great expense and huge inconvenience but instead Betty has made us United Airlines passengers for life. Thank you Betty.
