I think it was super lovely! The place was clean, super quiet, solid snacks / appetizers selection and plenty of drinks at your disposal. High speed internet and the crew was lovely. My only complaint is that they don't have outdoors / smoking area - for those who really need a cigarette. Gladly will be back when in town

Hidden away near gate 19 at Mexico City airport with virtually no signage. Very basic amenities but a good place to relax versus in the terminal.

Love that Mexico City has one. The chips and salsa are a great touch. It was actually tasty. There was other cuisine offered, but it was not well stocked, picked over, and greasy. This was also a ten minute walk from my Chicago bound UA flight. Didn't love that. There is a second room to the left of the check-in desk with a view of the runway that most people never seem to realize exists and it's pleasantly quiet and better looked after. Overall a solid B, a non-hub UA lounges go.

We stayed there for about four hours. Great lounge, had Don Julio Reposado. There were also chips and guacamole, not salsa. I guess it depends on the day. When we arrived, there were eggs, hash, chilaquiles, and small pieces of quiches. They came out and replaced it with lunch which consisted of sandwiches and fruits, pasta, and chili, I believe. It is a great place to be, that's for sure! United flights seemed to be leaving from gates further away from mine. Mine was a domestic flight to Tijuana from Gate 19 while United's gates were further away. Also, all the other airlines had VIP lounges there so I don't blame it on United.

Serviceable club, located on the second floor near gate 20 (where all of the clubs are located). Nice local food selection, solid bar, no view - it was a little crowded when I visited ( on a a Friday morning). But a decent place to wait an hour for a flight.

Great United Club! There's plenty of space and the complimentary open bar was well stocked. They also had a nice assortment of snacks. Overall I'd say better than your average United Club!

This is my least fav so far of all the United lounges. They have no way of resting by putting your feet up anywhere. After a loooong day, I put my feet up on one of the chairs across from me (bare feet) and the manager had to come out and ask me to not do that. Usually lounges have a small area where you can lay down a bit or put your feet up to rest. As for Food/snack, it’s just average with illy coffee machine. I regret wasting my free club pass from United Credit Card.
