Thank you Studio 1 I’ve been doing pilates for years now, and one of the problems I’m used to have is that none of the teachers is ever able to instruct me specially what type of drills should I do and which I shouldn’t. Steph at Studio 1 from the very first moment had my back and showed so much care to me getting the best out of my workout with her. She even taught me new drills I didn’t know that were specifically for my back problems, and marvelously I’ve felt great ever since. So thanks again Steph and Studio one for doing what you love, it’s well appreciated. Ortal.

Studio one is the best! This is where my love for Pilates all started and I'm so grateful I found this place. Chelsea was quick to respond and getting me set up with classes. Stef is an amazing and motivating instructor she brings great ENERGY! The studio and equipment is kept very nice and clean. I highly recommend this place.

Best pilates studio!! I've lived in Singapore, London and NY and dare I say, Stefi is the best pilates instructor hands down I've ever come across. No two classes are ever the same. She's fun, dynamic, motivating, encouraging and makes classes tough and fun at the same time. Her energy is infectious as is her warmth and genuine concern for her students. My body started looking and feeling toned as quickly as a week after I started classes with Stef. Aldi is great too, less intense, more alignment focused but still precise and challenging. I love mixing their classes up. Cannot recommend Studio One more!!

What a FANTASTIC studio. Gorgeous and modern, with state-of-the-art equipment. Stefi is such an incredible instructor - she is attentive and caring, while knowing how to inspire you to push past your perceived limitations. I’m seeing results after just a few sessions. Studio One is a great studio for Tulum locals to build a regular practice with its range of classes or for visitors to simply drop in during their holiday. So grateful to have found this place!
