They give you cars that are super easy to break into. We had 100% locked all doors, went to the Aki and the passenger door was unlocked when we got back and our stuff was stolen. Luckily nothing of actual value. The lock was weird on that door so I am sure it's been broken into multiple times before. And of course there is a sticker to let everyone know it's a tourists car.

Do not rent a car from here. Everything was going fine until we returned the car. The manager (Alejandro) accused us of damaging a tire and covering it up. When I repeatedly told him we had no such incident - he accused me of lying and refused to let me leave without paying for the fixed tire. Mind you it was a 21 charge - not a big deal - however I feel Alejandro was def just trying to take advantage of us here. I ended up paying it and moving on but would recommend you go elsewhere. Scummy feeling and experience - god knows how bad it would have been if we actually had damaged the car.

Picked a car in Playa Del Carmen, returned here. One way fee is only 30 they didn’t charge anything for a 5 cm scratch on the bumper

Total scam. They attract you with a cheap rate and rip you off with insurance. Got us a deposit of 11 thousand dollars and didn’t respect insurance. They were also aggressive with the girls before us and we had to intervene. AVOID at all cost!!!
