We arrange to have them take us from our hotel to the airport. My wife left her phone on the seat. We called them within 5-10 minutes of them dropping us off. We called the company and the driver finally came back about 3--40 minutes late, but the iPhone was gone. Since, we have tracked it through Find My Phone to their location. There is no other conclusion but the driver stole the phone.

Honestly don't think this is a legit company. We arrived at the airport in Cabo San Lucas with no one to pick us up. Tried to call the business number and message says phone is not in service.. Other transport vendors have never heard of this company.
