In Cancun for Hurricane and company claims they came to pick us up the day the airport was closed all though we had emailed them saying our flight was cancelled. What kind of transportation company doesn’t know airport is closed??? Tried to call but the phone message said they were closed and no responses to email. Wanted to charge me again for our return to airport said their driver showed up on original day

Scam company!!! They will steal your money!!!! We emailed the company15 hours before our flight to let them know it was canceled. They decided to steal our money and not send a new shuttle. Scam!!!!!!!

I don't remember the last time I had awesome customer service like this, not even in the States. Every email I sent about regarding my transfer got a response almost immediately; (like less than 10 minutes) immediate. The prices were super reasonable (especially for the round trip) and they were right on time for both pick ups. Their customer service staff is also bilingual if you need it. I'd definitely use them again for my next trip back to Mexico.

This was the worst and I travel a lot. We requested two child car seats and they were on the confirmation form. When being picked up from the resort to the airport the driver said he only had one car seat. He made a call and said it would be 20 minutes for someone to come with it. We had a plane to catch so we transported a 2 year old with no car seat. I sent an email asking for adjustment on the bill. That started a long back and forth. They said the contract was for transportation not car seats. They also insisted there were 2 car seats and I couldn’t prove there weren’t. This company said yes it was on the proposal but not on the confirmation so they aren’t responsible. DO NOT use these people! Period.
