The people who works in service area doesn't have the idea at all of the service for the sunroof.
Compared to other Toyota dealers they have a better customer service both pre and after sales, for the rutine check up every half a year the employees are nice, service oriented and ready to answer any questions with patience. They seem to have good logistics with appointments. Bravo for them so far.
