I had been wanting to see turtles being released into the see ever since I can remember. We were so lucky to get there when they were being released.

This little hidden out of the way place is awesome if you can find it :) we came here to get some sun and relax to the sounds of the waves. We stumbled upon this place and it was pretty cool to find out what they do.

Wonderful experience releasing the turtles. You don't get to touch them, but still magical. Go just before sunset to catch the turtle release in December. There are arts and crafts for the kids before sunset.

Really awesome experience! They let you see the baby turtles and talk about the process before releasing them into the surf. The google directions are correct, you can park on the beach or on the side of the road leading up to the beach. Head to the green house structure about an hour before sunset to catch the release. Bring some dollars to make a donation or buy a tee shirt!

The location is a little bit hard to find. Some roadsigns could be handy. Great beach were they are located and what a wonderful job these people are doing. The release of around 30 baby Golfina sea turtles was magical.

I’m a volunteer here for the month of January, there are generally releases every night at sunset. Most people start to gather around 5pm. It’s expected to be released every night for the rest of the month.
