Hold for 1 hour: oh no cars Why am i a Gold Member? You also have yet to return my previous hold money in 7 days. You gave me a car so low on petrol i rolled out of the airport. Are you kidding me? Gold Member...Torreón, Mexico.

Worst customer service ever. Never mind that they have the highest prices for cars in the entire airport . checking in is normal 45 minutes waiting. Gas is never full and mostly half empty. Just spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get a copy of my receipt. Can you believe that? Any other company sends me the information out asap. Not this guy's. They have made me fill out a form 8 times with days in between without an answer. This review is mainly a reminder for me to never use their services anymore.if no one has cars I would rather use cab services. This was my last time. Not a pleasure to do business with you. DONE. #badbussiness #cantfixit # can't believe it.

Way too expensive, cars are really small. Price quoted online is more than quadruple. Never again. And when the police see the newer car they will pull you over for money. There are plenty of taxi's that are low cost to get around and will save you a lot of money.

Omg is all i can say about hertz torreon airport...we reserved a full size suv month ago thru orbitz travel...we were driving to Mazatlan and going to drop car off as we r flying home from Mazatlan..i paid for collision .. got an intinerary number i figured everything was good..orbitz guaranteed all was good. WRONG....we go to pick up vehicle and are told they let someone else keep the car that we were to get for 2 more days and had nothing for us...very rude customer service and did not even help us figure another option ..they pretty much told us to go somewhere else....you can guarantee im going to let ppl and orbitz to never deal with HErTz ever...oh ya and when we ask about the money for the insurance money we were told they had nothing to do with that...very upset customer.. TERRIBLE SERVICIO, te entregan coches en malas condiciones, la cajuela no abria, llantas en mal estado, y me lo entregaron con tanque a la mitad pero en el contrato lo pusieron como lleno, incluso en las fotos que ellos tomaron viene el tanque a la mitad, pero me estaban haciendo cargos por la gasolina que según elllos faltaba, asi que les tuve qué entregar el tanque lleno,
