Easier to get to and more organized than San Ysidro but regular Lane only had 2??? And there are all these options to get into the Ready Lane but if it's backed up you're \budging\ and people get really rude about that. Taking turns and civility goes out the window. Last time a man intentionally hit my truck because he wanted to push his way in.

They have 13 lanes total, and they were fully staffed until memorial day. The lines were very short. Then all of a sudden, they close 3 booths in the ready lane, and the lines go to over 2 hours regularly. It appears they are intentionally causing lines in an effort to receive increased funding; that is, they are causing the suffering of the citizens they are supposed to serve, to make it look like they need more money. I hope that there is a responsible person in the US government that can figure this out and FIRE the folks who would do this. Better yet, make them cross the border everyday before work.

Office Mills was working ready lane on Saturday night. I have never encountered a disrespectful officer. I am an American citizen and for him to belittle me for no reason was uncalled for. No one deserves to be mistreated.
