Chip Strand

This is a used book store. They have a row of titles in English with a lot of technical books, biographies and a few conspiracy books thrown in. There was a small selection of old best seller type books when I went. You can't beat the price though. I paid 1 for two hard cover books!

A book store on Negrette between 8tu y 7th streets that carries all types of books. Since it is only 1 block from my apartment--I buy alot of ENGLISH paperback books from them. It is one of the few places that sell english books in Tijuana. THEY sell 2nd hand english paperback only--but all are in good Shape. In spanish they have new y used books --fiction, non-fiction, P aperbacks y hardback. THEY also sell all schoolbooks y they sell this ítem in bulk. I have observed schoolbooks being sold by the 100s to one customer more than a few times. One of the more interesting items is they have an XXX rated room of books--located in a seperate room to the side of the cashier. It has everything from american y spanish magazines to Japanese Hentai magazines y CDs that you can put into a computer. You will see this room to right side of cashier--it is a big room. GOOD place to buy all types of books though ---english y spanish.
