I was there several times I think is good mall to visit in Tijuana they have enough parking spots with a low fee, and I like the cinemas and the entrance is very cheap per movie! All of them maintain the social distance and taking all kind of precautions about just need patience on weekends there is a lot of people and is difficult maintain the social distances. There is many stores too! And you can visit the Centro Cultural just crossing the street.
