Easy process, it’s on the 5th floor, sometimes a line close to closing

Went in to pick up my. Tickets. There was no line. \Office\ is stretching it. Its a desk. With 2 chairs and a line stand in the 5th floor. We showed our ID (NYS drivers license) and gave her the ticket master number. As I am not a Mexican resident, I also had to give her the CC I charged the tickets with and she made a charge for 10 pesos to verify. We did this twice because I was picking up 2 sets of tickets. We were out the door in under 10 minutes. The deparment store is conveniently located in zocalo and it was extremely convenient.

Absolutely terrible experience. The woman that worked there did her best to give us the worst time possible. A few locals that spoke English came to help us and even called the head office to sort our problem out. But even after our call with head office had been sorted out, the lady refused to help. May you burn in hell, lady. I will see you there.
