Been training here for the last couple of months and this place is hands down the best gym for boxing and muay thai I've ever trained at. Mike and Danny are super technical and teach classes in a fun and friendly way. They created this great environment that makes training fun. Everyone that trains here are super nice. I lost 10 pounds in my first month! The gym is very reminiscent of Thailand. I'd recommend you try this gym out if you are in town or are living here!

Since day one this gym makes you feel like family, great energy from everyone! Top notch technique training, equiptment and CLEAN. It's half open air with fans going so it feels like I'm back in Thailand. Classes are tough (you want easy?) but lots of fun and even training in the mornings solo the staff are always there to guide you and make you better. 5 big stars

I’m a BJJ brown belt and I’ve been training Muay Thai for many years—including two years in Thailand. Although I never had any interest in competing, I take the training seriously and want to learn the best technique. I’ve done my 3rd private lesson here with head instructor Mike. He’s broken things down and explained the WHY of Muay Thai techniques like no one has in my entire time training. So he’s serious and knowledgeable when it comes to Muay Thai technique. On the other hand, he’s a great guy and very fun to train with. Best of both worlds. Don’t hesitate to train at his gym whether you’re looking to take your technique to the next level, get a great workout or both. Highly recommend
