My husband and I were planning our June 2020 wedding and booked service with this company for decor in October of 2019. Unfortunately due to the pandemic (covid-19) we had to cancel our wedding and had already paid the deposit. We didn’t know when the pandemic would end so opted to cancel the wedding instead of rescheduling, and thanks to Charlie, we were able to negotiate a partial refund. We agreed that the pandemic hit us both unexpectedly and we received more than 50% of the deposit back. This wasn’t the case with our other vendors so we really appreciated his responsiveness and professionalism throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this company due to our experiences and really wished we could’ve used them for our special day!

Thank you so much for helping us with our wedding, you were great Charlie. The tables and chairs you provided for our wedding ceremony and reception were beautiful. They were a perfect fit at the Hacienda Cerritos. The photos are absolutely amazing and your equipment helped make them great. You went out of your way in helping us in other areas of our wedding due to us not being local.I have to say that I learned that many Mexico vendors have one primary flaw and that is responding to communications; You were amazing in responding pretty much within 24 hours to our handful of emails over several months. I own my own law firm and customer service is very important to me. You met my standards for providing the customer service I want, especially for such an important event in our lives.
