My wife and I made an appointment for a couples massage here because the place had great reviews. My massage was good but my wife said hers was the worst massage she ever had. Her massage therapist was barely using any pressure and it was more of a light rub on the skin. The therapist that did my massage was good but during the entire massage the building next store was getting construction done. So all I heard was a man hammering and the last 20 minutes was a really loud jack hammer. I know it's not the therapists fault but Jesus Christ, it was loud! Kinda hard to enjoy the massage. My other complaint was they didn't wipe off the oil they used so when we were finished, there was a layer of oil all over us. A hot wash cloth to wipe it off would have been nice. They should have offered us a refund or at least a discount. Or better yet, rescheduled around noisy construction.

I read the great reviews and booked our appointment (even left a 20 deposit when er made our appointment). When my hubby and I arrived the small crowded room smelled like potent cleaner and as I lay on the table having loads of oil poured onto my back I listened to the hammering and construction going on next door (the walls were like cardboard). My gal's earbuds were up so loud that I heard the Mexican talk show over the construction and ambient spa music which was interrupted over a dozen times by texts or notifications. UGH! They both apologized over and over for the noise! (I should have said never mind at that point, but then the massage started). She barely rubbed in the oil with a creepy light handedness and was consumed with waving overly potent lavender oil in front of my face. She wasn't even touching me most of the time due to adjusting what she was listening to on her earbuds, silencing texts, and apologizing for the constant hammering. It was the worst massage I've ever had, and I'm not that picky. The massage ended with the last 20 minutes of construction using a jackhammer, seriously!!! A jackhammer!!! These ladies were super sweet and kept saying sorry but still charged us full price. Sweet ladies but a HORRIBLE massage and experience for 120!!!!!!
