Seriously great food! We had Thai Bistro delivered last night for dinner. It's Semana Santa and we knew the weekend would be busy crazy and businesses have different hours of operation. So before you start judging, yes, we ordered alot of food to have leftovers for a couple of days First off, we are so thrilled that we can even get Thai food delivered to our house. We had ZERO food delivery options at our place in the US. So that's Bonus #1 We had the spring rolls to start. They were flavorful, fresh, and amazingly, still super crispy and flaky. Hubby had the S&S stir-fry with shrimp. Lots of crispy, perfectly cooked veggies! Beautiful plump shrimp and a good amount for the order. Their pineapple fried rice is one of my favorites. Not overly saucy. The rice is fried just the way I like it, a little crunchy and you get a pop of that sweet pineapple in every bite. If you like a little bit of heat, try the drunken noodles. Cooked to a perfect consistency and just enough heat to elevate the flavors. For the first time we tried the Crying Tiger. OMG! I will eat this every time. One of the best cooked steaks I've ever had. So flavorful and juicy. Not overly seasoned but just enough to make a great cut of meat shine. Even the coleslaw side was amazing! Can't wait for the leftovers! If you want a truly fantastic, authentic Thai meal, order early! Seriously, like at 10am when they start taking orders. You don't want to miss out!!

Great food and fast service! Vegetarian friendly, and very flexible when it comes to special orders. If you think your special request may need some advanced warning, just call them and ask, the owners really just want you to be happy. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, and if you've been craving vegetables with your food, they have what you want.

Thai Bistro is delicious!! The food is fresh and simply mouth watering. The delivery service is an added plus. We may never leave our house again. Owners Kullanit and Steve are super friendly. Definitely check them out!
