Great place to spend the day

It's not far from Mexico city. It's possible to spend the day and come back. Or take the weekend. :) The marina is for members, but non-members can pay to use it. The place is well structured and offers good options of food and drinks. It's not expensive to enter, but it may get higher with the consumption. The weather is good most of the days according to the locals. Be careful with the insects (especially who is alergic).

My wife and I stopped by for a Michelada and to take in the sunset at the shore of Lake Tequesquitengo, which was great. My grief is with the fact that there was no one to greet us, nor was there a bartender. Granted, we arrived 20 min before they closed, but with prompt service this would have been easily a 5-star review, seeing as how a michelada is not a time consuming drink to make. Once someone came to help us, they didn't want serve us a drink because they were about to close, but we didn't budge. Customer service is definitely lacking. In the ended we got what we wanted but since they took 10 minutes to even look after us, we ended up lingering past close and enjoying our drinks. Thankfully, no one rushed us out.
