The food is cooked fresh and comes to your table nice and hot. The proportions are generous and the food us very flavorful. They bring two small dishes which you can add of flavoring, and one is very spicy (hot) and the other is soy sauce. A great place to eat.

I ordered carry out, the pad Thai yesterday, since they close by 7pm (COVID rules). It looked nothing like the picture someone else put in photos. It was more dark brown, didn’t have peanuts or a lime. It wasn’t tasty but I ate it anyway, since there would be nothing else open. Got diarrhea from it.
Very pleasant. Great service. Good food. Not the best Thai food I've ever had, but good. My companions loved everything! Strangely quiet for a Saturday night. Would go back.
I have to say the food lacks protein. We ordered 3 different plates. All three looked very similar....full of vegetables and maybe a few pieces of meat. For the price, I expected more. Other than that service was prompt.
Tepetate Pian Thai, on Hidalgo Street, is one of my very favorite restaurants in Ajijic. Even though I tell myself each time I go, that I will order something new, I continue to order their Drunken Noodle with shrimp, which is awesome. I must also say that they have the *best Piña Coladas* in all of Ajijic -- and I've tried an awful lot of them! I especially enjoy sitting on the 2nd floor lanai, where waiter Rufino takes excellent care of his guests. I can't say enough about how great this restaurant is ...... and, oh yes, they have immaculately clean and well supplied restrooms!
