Lo mejor es comer lo más tradicional de Teopisca, un apaste de frijoles negros con queso y salsa verde..acompañados con un trozo de exquisita cecina, chorizo, longaniza o costilla.....si te hacen daño los frijoles...prueba el delicioso caldo de gallina, aquí le dicen de rancho..en europa le llaman orgánica....
