The facilities are very well maintained, starting with the base of the cable car machinery and the top of the Cerro del Borrego have been very well handled, no complains here, however there's no control over the distance between each person while waiting in line, no one advising to keep it, or to maintain order, as such, aside from the fact the people is wearing masks, one would never guess we're in orange semaphore, or in pandemic contingency. Taking into account this is a goverment attraction, the safety measures while waiting in line are handled poorly, while everyone must do they part, it wouldn't hurt having someone from the staff making rounds and reminding people and bystanders to keep a safe distance between each other.
Great view from the top, but long line to get back down and they force you to share cars with others on the way down which means you can no longer social distance even though there is a pandemic.
It's a nice place to walk around, and a cheap way to get some stunning views, but be prepared to wait in the line half the day, especially on the way down.
