Poor customer service and very disorganized. Prepaid for flooring (barro) over 2500.00 dollars worth. It was supposedly coming from the same truck load so that it would all match. After 3 weeks they tried to deliver partial order even though we gave them a month to deliver the entire order all at once!! We paid for the entire order to arrive on time plus delivery fees so this wouldn't happen!! We kept getting nothing but the runaround from the sales representative and even the manager she was extremely rude! Beautiful products just poorly ran!! Take responsibility for your mistakes and customer like us might be more understanding I run a business in the states and would never treat my customers as you (manager) and your staff handled our situation! Will never spend another dime in this poorly ran establishment!! I gave them one star only because there is no zero!!

Tienen diversos tipos de tejas piedra para exteriores e interiores te atienden muy bien
Se tardan en atender y me querian dar piezas despostilladas tubimos que abrir todas las cajas para revisarlas
