Well, the client service should improve, the place was crowded but not a lot, during this pandemic the places like this were affected so try to left a good tip if your possibilities let you do it.

Super chill environment, refreshing with a nice view of the beach, and sunset. My kids had fun playing in the pool. Food was great, excellent service and good price. The only small thing I didn't like was de brownie dessert, the ice cream was good but the brownie it self was hard, cold and a little dull on the taste side, but other than that, awesome place!

The beautiful view is obstructed by the fence...recommend smaller beams and lower fence... To expencive for my tastes. Enjoyed the wonderful pool very much, after dinner. Very nice, fancy place but sorry, overall I was quite disappointed...

We had a group of 10 adults (and one infant) on Valentines Day 2020. The restaurant was about 2/3 full ( lots of empty tables). The 2 orders of ceviche took about a half hour to arrive at the table. About 35 minutes after ordering our main course, we started inquiring about our order. We were told soon. At about 45 minutes we asked for the manager ( who never came to the table). At 55 minutes we asked again about our food, waitress said she would check and didn’t return. At an hour we asked a passing waitress for the manager again. At 65 minutes we got up, went to the cashier, asked for a bill for what was consumed ( bill included all food ordered, which we corrected). We paid for our beers and ceviche and left. We were a group of 6 Mexicans and 4 Norteños (2 Norteños speak Spanish). Not an issue if misunderstandings. The service and attention was horrible. This group recommends finding a different restaurant. The location is beautiful but the staffing is incompetent.
