Very diffucult to contact anybody. They dont take social distancing seriously. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. There was no customers inside when we arrived and their staff never reached us or helped us at all until we literally called them, but they hardly tried to help us at all.

CUIDADO con las reseñas falsas que se pongan ellos mismos. Pésimo Centro de Servicio Autorizado. Llevamos una Grand Cherokee V8 al Servicio de 30,000 Kms. resultó carísimo, incompleto, tarde. Las refacciones usadas no las entregan (filtro de aceite, lo habrán cambiado?), no le hicieron la rotación de llantas, mal lavada, 1 hora tarde. Van dos veces que hacen las cosas mal hechas en el Servicio de 20 mil Km también, NO REGRESAREMOS A SYC Motors, prefiero trasladarnos mayores distancias pero ir con un Servicio Autorizado medianamente COMPETENTE.
