Ana and Sixto at Motos Kioto were friendly and welcoming from the minute I called them. They both speak great English and went out of their way to help me find them, diagnose problems with the bike, and called me regularly to give me updates on when I could expect to hit the road again. I got the bike back with the fixes made and it had been cleaned top to bottom (something it definitely needed) I would happily take my KLR back to them in the future.

I bought a new 2012 v-strom 650 5 years ago from Motos Kyoto. I called them one Saturday morning from San Miguel de Allende, and rode the bike home that very afternoon- they made the whole transaction soo easy and enjoyable! They are a great family selling great bikes. Their service has been excellent and the bike still runs like it's brand new. Would I buy another from this dealer? - YOU BET!
