When you’re buying the car everything’s beatiful and accommodating, once you have paid them; Forget about the service. It took this dealership close to 4 months to order and install a part. After one signs there’s no follow up from the salesperson, in fact they act as if they don’t know you. Very rude! They take their commission, and wave you goodbye. Now I’m here writing review (because they said my car was ready), ho surprise I left work for nothing. Throughout the years I’ve bought cars at Toyota, Mazda, Carmax(in California), and this is by far the worst dealership experience. STAY AWAY.

Si van a comprar simplemente vean más opciones, la atención en es buena en las demás áreas, la atención cuando llevas a mantenimiento es buena pero quizá podría mejorar o tal vez estoy bien acostumbrado de otras marcas.

La agencia en general se siente vieja, no le han dado mantenimiento, el personal es incompetente y prejuicioso y al parecer los vendedores deben estar repletos de ventas como para ignorar al cliente. Me parece increíble que mas de 1 mes y cuando al parecer ya a llegado la refacción resulta que siempre no. Una experiencia nada grata
