This is my 2nd time to S&S. 2015 and 2021 both had the same, slightly arrogant reception. Both visits received the spiel of 'Oh, that's your budget? You might as well buy a new one.' And both visits she spoke about how you just can't trust anyone else as they roll back the mileage. Not cool. (We just found a pretty good car today in Guad) Thanks.
We bought a new car and car insurance through S&S this month and were impressed by the professionalism, enthusiasm, follow through and follow up at every step of the process. It was a much easier and more pleasant experience than any we've had in the states. They handled everything from driving us to dealerships in Guadalajara, registering the car, arranging insurance and advising re payment options. Rod, our main contact, was easy to work with and spoke flawless English and Spanish and smoothed the way at the dealerships.
