I am a retired expatriate from Oklahoma who moved full time to Cozumel. I am working on Mexican citizenship and it is important to me to assimilate totally into this island. I had been working to learn Spanish in a self taught manner for quite a while. SEA Academy worked very well to suit my individual needs. I cannot compliment them enough. First, the academics were excellent. I now have a good understanding of the Spanish language structure. The workbooks and instruction are highly effective. But what I like more is their willingness to fit my individual needs. They adjusted their approach based on my level of understanding. I appreciate their professionalism. If you are serious about learning, this school will benefit you, assuming you are willing to do the work. Classes are two to three hours a day and you probably need at least three hours a day to get the full benefit.
