The hats are lovely and well made, but the service is appalling; Mexico in general has a lot to learn in terms of service. Had 7,000 pesos to spend on 3-4 hats, but walked out after being told I was not allowed to touch the hats (why then are they in the open?), had to ask the one girl taking care of about 15 people. Fortunately found the hats I wanted nearby, very similar prices and quality, with staff that understands that some people are able to shop without having to have their hand held as they are doing it. This hat shop deserves better staff/policies
