Juarez Scheduling

This is the best option, they are nice and try to assist from the Guards at the door and all the Nurses , Doctors, cashiers , I highly recommended Mr Cesar at the main entrance is very Helpful and nice person, Personally came to this Clinic since at the other ( CMI ) every one was rude. I ended very happy with the services en Servicios Medicos de la Frontera Thank you all !!

Very clean environment, staff are very careful and make sure to use great hygiene practices. They offer hand sanitizer often. They practice great social distancing measures. Doctor was great she makes you feel comfortable. Psychologist was very professional and ethical. I definitely recommend this clinic.

I'm not happy at all with their service I do not recommend first of all some of the staff was rude to my husband they should not be its a service we are paying for. At the US port of entry the immigration officer told us they made an error with the medical exam and we need to have it corrected in the US and we cannot find a clinic that will correct their mistake. Also I read the notes that the psychologist put down and its answers my husband did not respond to her.

Wife has a necessary physical in order to complete the Visa process. As soon as you walk up to the big letters "Entrance" you are greeted by security personnel and asked who is the medical appointment for. Once given the information the visitors are directed to a waiting room with other fellow attendee's. We either wait indoor or an outdoor patio area. They do have coffee available, soda and snack vending machines. Entertainment provided are televisions and newspapers. I did take pictures of a business card along with a pamphlet with great information. Of course it is good from the third of April, 2019.

I accompanied a family member, their appointment was scheduled for 7:00 am, I highly recommend doing the scheduling online. Make sure to print out the form and reservation fill it out and i recommend paying at the clinic they accept visa,master card, also US dollars,Mexican pesos and American Express card, online payment is through PayPal so all cards from anywhere are accepted. We arrived at 6:45 am and right away we were checked in. Total process took about 45 min which include, xrays,weight/height,vision,blood work,urine. Exam cost 255 Dollars plus whatever Vaccination's you are missing, i definitely recommend them they also offer shuttle service which is a plus.

So shocked at how amazing the staff treats you, I had an assumption that the staff could treat you a bad. I was wrong! Everyone is helpful, clinic is clean, and the staff is ready to take care of you.

Very great service. Came to hotel to pick us up even though it is in walking distance. Clinic had a roof top fire while we were there but was able to continue service. We spent a little over two hours there for exam. Separate building for family members. It seemed very organized. They seat the patient in order by chair. We came back at 3pm for results. They were available as instructed in a sealed black packet. Consular accepted packed with no problems. I would highly recommend this clinic. Right next door to consular, very easy for access.

My husband had his appointment today, very professional he haf his appointment at 9:30 but let him go in at 7:00 am , that was very courteous of them very helpful, even a waiting room with coffee! You can also tell the free transporstion drivers wants was best i notice you cant tio a driver and they dont even try to get you to tip, witch i thought that is very professional of the drivers, they are their for the right reasons! Good job picking the right workers for this. Clinic
