La atención al público es deficiente: no hay lugar para sentarse (tienen como cuatro sillas afuera del edificio); a como vas llegando te atienden. No obstante hay representantes de empresas que llegan con 10 tipos de tramites y si tú llegaste temprano, te dicen vuelva otro día. Expones que vienes de Tenosique o Balancán y lo único que te dicen es que llegues más temprano. Deberían de establecer una agenda de citas para que no se presenten este tipo de problemas.
