Booked an ATV tour for the whole family. They never picked us up. There is NO WORKING PHONE NUMBER ANYWHERE. We wasted a while vacation day and had to dispute charges.

Just came back from Riu Palace - overall is the best Riu in Vallarta - but it could be better! Food is blend nothing spectacular, we had a good time, we've had better food and service in Cancun - Bahia de banderas is beautiful and would go again - bring mosquito repellant during rainy season
