Several problems over a few month period of rentals... Most notably the customer service is non-existent. I am absolutely blown away by the lack of customer service and ownership. Very difficult to reach by phone, and very delayed in returning calls. I had my power steering pump blow. I contacted the location for a replacement. They sent a crew to verify. I waited for 4 hours for the crew to arrive, and they did not bring a replacement vehicle. It was 4 hours later before a replacement vehicle arrived, and my whole day was lost. One of the vehicles I received looked like it was the mechanics vehicle. The inside was covered in grease and dirt, and they would not exchange the vehicle. I had the window broken from one of my vehicles, and glass all over the inside of the drivers side. They told me I needed to drive to the repair shop. They could not help me, and to have the repair shop send the bill to Avis. Yet, my final rental I picked up another vehicle with a dashboard warning light on, and by the time I reached the city, I had to put air in 3/4 tires. I requested an exchange, and I had to drive to a different location to swap vehicles. The vehicle they exchanged did not have AC. They charged me for an upgrade when receiving the bill at the end of the rental period. They said they had to upgrade because they did not have any other vehicles to replace (not sure how this became my problem).They also tagged on a gas charge, because i did not return the vehicle full. It was originally half tank. We will not be using this Avis location in the future. Absolute nightmare, and we tried so many times to work with them.

Estuve llamando mas de 8 veces en sus horas de servicio y nadie contesto el telefono. Necesite cambiar hora de reservacion y el sistema en computadora no sirvio para eso.

siempre solucionando y respondiendo cualquier duda o necesidad que he tenido. no hay otra arrendadora tan eficiente como ellos .el personal siempre con actitud de servicio.

Muy mal servicio, reserve un auto un mes con anterioridad y el dia que sali de Houston Sali con retrazo por cause del mal clima y llegue a Queretaro y ya estaba cerrado este lugar y hable por telefono y me dijieron que yo tenia la culpa por llegar tarde, Y que si queria el auto que fuera a recojerlo al siguiente dia y que tomara un taxi en ese momento!!! Que falta de profesionalismo y responsabilidad!!! No recomiendo este lugar para nada!!!

Es una verdadera lata para que te envien tu factura - es mejor pedirla en el mostrador aunque te digan que te la enviaran al siguiente dia - un cero!
