Awesome experience.!!!! Our indigenous guide Benito (former poacher) was very informative. We brought along our guide (Serjio) from La Ventanilla who is fluently bilingual which was a tremendous help. If your looking for a commercial experience.....this is not it.!!! Be prepared to walk for a distance along the beach to where the turtles come ashore. I Plan to go again next year.

This was the most amazing experience I have ever been to...to watch nature at it's best Benito our guide was awesome ..Sergio from la ventinella took us to this amazing event and he speaks great english and this was so helpful for us please go and support this great nature event as poachers are still there stealing the turtle eggs...the people who work here to try and protect the babies make no money they volunteer...

They have good (basic cabanas) for a cheap price (250M - about 13). You can also do a turtle release at 5PM which is pretty nice! When you do this you will support the local community while learn something!
