What can I say after spending nine hours to cross the border. The only thing I liked was there was not a lot of street vendors overwhelming you

Come prepared to cross into San Ysidro, CA. It's a good 3 hour wait time unless you're a Doctor or have some type of medical notice. They have an exclusive lane for it.

Didn't see signs for the Medical Lane until it was too late and ended up in 2 hours worth of border traffic. Wished there would've been another chance to get into the Medical Lane. This was the first time the signs weren't visible till it was too late and it didn't help that I took a different route than I have in the past. (Obvious ) Tip of the day - be sure you used the bathroom before crossing the border, even if you expect it to be a quick ride!

Although it has many lanes, the average waiting time is 2 hours in a good day. Be ready to find all you need from the street vendors.

Very bad we went to tijuana Saturday and come back at night we start the line at 8:00 pm have to wait 9 hours to cross the border if you have no business in tijuana it's better to stay home to much time on the border

Crazy we got there at 8:30 and we just crossed at 12:15 I was traveling with my kids there was no place to use the restroom they were taking forever borderline should be more faster really disappointed

5 hours to get across there is a bathroom close to the end where all the vendors have their stores good luck
