My stay at The Westin Punto Valle was amazing! The staff was very attentive and so courteous. The hotel was very clean, and they followed all safety guidelines to the tee. Upon arrival they checked your temperature and had a shoe disinfectant mat at the entrance and hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel. To add to the great facility and helpful staff, the hotel is also conveniently located in one of Monterrey’s safest neighborhoods located a top of one the nicest malls in town. There is many great restaurants options in the area and things to do.... One place that you have to visit is the steak house located to the right of the entrance “Holsteins San Pedro” the food and service is Amazing as well!

Ugh so we booked this hotel because it was inside a mall and had one of the highest prices, so we honestly thought was going to be impeccable; however, it is a big disappointment. Even a cheap hotel will include a bigger bottle of water as well as q-tips, cottons, had shower or some additional stuff, but not this hotel, I mean I am glad I always bring my own shampoo and conditioner because this place only gives you soap. There is nothing inside the mini fridge and the receptionist did not know anything. THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A PARKING LOT. Honestly for the same cost or cheaper I would stayed in live aqua again. My husband and I do not recommend this place.

I went there to have a business breakfast so I will talk just about the restaurant. The food quality is just average, nothing out of this world. What most caught my attention was the bad service. The waiter came and brought me some coffee, but just that, not a single stevia or splenda packet, nor a cream packet or sugar or anything, not even a coffee spoon and the waiter disappeared. By the time I managed to ask him for this coffee supplements the coffee was already cold. Then I ordered a machaca with eggs and the result was the same, he brought the dish and the cutlery and nothing else, not hot sauce or anything. So extremely bad service. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

It is new so there are a few kinks to work out, but are more than made up for by the friendly and accommodating team at the property. Adjacent to tremendous shopping and restaurants. I will most definitely make this my 1st choice hotel when visiting Monterrey.
