Beautiful layout, spotless grounds, quiet and peaceful. Never saw more than 2 or 3 people at least. Great rooms and views.

This is a fabulous condominium with units occasionally available for rent. If you can visit, you should do so! It is within an easy walk to a major shopping center and 12good restaurants in a three block radius. The city bus will take you downtown every 10 minutes for 13 pesos. Most Uber drivers speak English, so you don't need to even have a car!

Awesome staff. Great service and amenities! The grounds are kept pristine... workers every day keeping the landscaping spotless. 24/7 security makes you feel nice and safe. Will be back!

Great view, facilities, and more pools from which to choose. Walking distance to the "Mega" store (which has everything you would need, if you are inclined to cook on your own) and a stones throw to the wonderful beach. And yes, it is swimmable. On rough days, you may need to walk to the right or left more to get away from the straight beach section for better surfing. To the right----more rocks but the best surf spot close by. All condos have AC, washer/dryer, plus other cooking & eating amenities. We got lucky with a functioning juicer. Bring on the Margaritas.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. We booked a ground floor apartment through Air BnB. The apt was very nice. Grounds are very well maintained and managed. Security is always around and observant. Sadly the ocean is unswimable, but its nice to walk along.
