Rose gave me the best harmony massage. After a long week of travel it was the perfect way to end the day. The staff are so lovely and friendly and they have a great selection of massages and facials. Will definitely come back again!!

My husband and I visited this spa on 14th December 2019 and were greeted by the very lovely Esmerelda and her colleagues. We both selected the 1-hour Harmony Spa for that same day and they were very kind to accommodate us. Not only that, but Esmerelda took the time to explain the differences between the various options and helped recommend the Harmony massage. We were not disappointed! Not only was it an absolutely relaxing experience, the service was impeccable throughout. The massage rooms and beds were so comfortable and cosy! We thoroughly enjoyed the treatment which was followed by a delicious apple tea. Esmerelda was so attentive, calm and helpful. We had such a great experience and thoroughly recommend a visit to this spa if you're ever in town!

I just called to enquire about the massages and the lady who attended my call was extremely rude. First I asked if she could send the info to me via WhatsApp she said no. Then she proceeded to mention the prices and types of massages very quickly and when I asked for her to repeat, she said she had already told me. I don't know about the massage quality but i wouldn't patronise a place with very obviously bad customer service
