Si tienes tiempo para desperdiciar ve a Plano Aunque llames para verificar si hay un producto ya estando ahí no hay quien lo surta o de PLANO te mandan a otra sucursal a perder maaas tiempo. Almacén se esfuerzan y atienden rápido... A ventas le urge un gerente y capacitar a los vendedores, tienen gerente de ventas? No está, no parece y no aparece. Me atendió el gerente de compras Sergio, pues es el único que andaba ahí... Aún así terminé comprando en Cuprum mas caro pero mas rápido.
