We just gor our COVID tests here to return to USA. Things went incredibly smoothly! It was so convenient and staff are wonderful! Can’t recommend them enough.

I was stung by a scorpion. The facility was very nice and comfortable. There was no wait time and they were incredibly friendly and comforting (I was pretty scared). It's the best experience I've ever had in any medical facility. It would be pricey without insurance. If you don't have insurance, go to IMSS if you can. They did check my insurance before treating me to make sure that I wouldn't be screwed later on. If you are a non-Spanish speaker in Mexico who complains that the hospital employees don't speak English, check your privilege. Mexicans have no responsibility to speak tourists' language.

We (my 8 yr old son and I) went in for the testing required to get into the US. Jesus had even given me his WhatsApp so I could set up a time to come in within the 72 hours before travel. English was amazing. Staff was kind and gentle. Price was extremely reasonable. Test results were QUICK. Jesus could even read my horrible handwriting to fill out the paperwork necessary. Clean facility. And, they are excellent if you are experiencing anxiety about the testing.

I had a great experience at St. Luke’s hospital. I was attended to right away for a burn. I didn’t have to wait at all. The doctor provided me the bandages, antibiotics, and burn cream required to heal and feel better. Since then my burn healed nicely and I have minimal scarring. Dr. Torres was knowledgeable and comforting during a painful situation and helped me get through it. Highly suggest this place in the event of an accident or sickness.
