Covid has been one of the terrifying things to me in terms of losing some of the most important people. My aunt and uncle, Mirna and Jose, were the two people I prayed wouldn’t get Covid as I feared their defenses wouldn’t be strong enough to get through the sickness. The only reason I had so much hope they’d make it out is because of the care in this hospital. Both my aunt and uncle are doing a lot better after being in such fragile states. I have the hospital, doctors, and specialists to thank. I recently had a talk with my aunt as well and she went into detail talking about the measures they took so both my aunt and uncle would be safe and I’m forever grateful for the staff.

I was recently on vacation in San Jose del Cabo with my family and needed medical care. I had a great experience at this Saint Luke's Hospital location. I was nervous about being treated at a foreign hospital but the staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Adrian M. at the front desk assisted us right away and took care of all of our questions regarding billing and worked with our insurance company. The 2 doctors that attended to me (internal medicine - Dr. Burgoin and a neurologist) spoke perfect English, were very thorough, and asked for my permission before proceeding with anything. All the nurses were very kind, friendly and caring. Thank you to everyone at this location for their wonderful care.

An excellent facility with great staff! As a Canadian tourist I was treated with great respect and care. Special thanks to Hazel for helping sort out my travel insurance claim quickly and efficiently. All the staff here are professional and courteous. I can't thank you enough !!

It is always unfortunate to meet nice people in bad circumstances. However, everyone in the a St. Luke's hospital system was wonderful . From the ambulance service to the group of doctors who treated my wife for her injuries everyone took excellent care of her. This was an excellent facility to use. No one wants to be injured but if it does occur St. Luke's hospital is a good place to be.

Every hospital staff were totally professional and caring and friendly. The care I received was excellent. I could not have asked for better care. The facilities were spotless. They were able to introduce pain meds immediately. They put me very much at ease with no worries. My every need was addressed in a timely matter. Dr Burgoin explained everything very concisely. The billing process was easy as they charged my deductible and then billed my insurance in the US. I highly recommend this hospital and staff.
