I took my brother there as part of a gift for his 50th!! Not only did Rosie show us how to cook some amazing authentic Mexican food but we toured and learned about the local foods, plants l, her upbringing and how it played into her doing what she is doing now! She and her family were absolutely amazing! Luke and I feel it made our trip!! I can’t recommend more than to book with Rosie you so will not be disappointed!!!

Rosie is a joy to be around, and she has a vast knowledge of authentic Mexican cuisine! I really enjoyed going to the farmers market with her and seeing all the lovely fresh seafood and produce there

We had such a great time with Rosie and her family. I went there with my wife, her twin sister, and her husband. Rosie takes you to a local market to buy the ingredients then back to her home for the cooking experience. It was fun, educational, and delicious. The food was authentic and incredibly fresh. Her husband also introduced us to a shot of El Baston Del Ray tequila at the end of the meal. It was also incredible.

Amazing experience!! Rosie is wonderful and truest invites you into her home and makes an excellent meal with the help of her entire family. By far one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had.

If you are in PV for a week a month or a local and looking for a wonderful experience, which ends in a wonderful meal... look no further. We had such a great time from the moment that Rosie picked us up at the Starbucks meeting location and we were transported into her PV. She shared her corner of the world with us starting with a trip through the local market learning about the vendor options and then becoming familiar with shopping there. (Even enjoying a great Jugo verde and treated to a hot tortilla as it came out of the oven.)\tThe next treat came as we arrived at Rosie’s home which is a beautiful space filled with her love of nature and the next lesson of plants as we began our cooking experience. It was all so much fun I just had to share and look forward to coming back to try another meal option, (we made mole!). Note - even though Rosie has a “schedule” of cooking options, you may be able to pick different courses - so feel free to email her. We were fortunate to call and make a next day date - so glad we did!

My sister and I took a class at Rosie's last January. It was awesome. You are taken to a local market to shop and then return to her home for some hands on and demonstration. Eating was the best part of the class. Food was delicious. I am hoping to take another this year when we visit. Nancy
