Miguel is a gentleman and class act. I forgot I was doing business and felt like I was looking at places with a friend who had my best interests in mind. Very genuine and helpful with literally all of my needs when I was transitioning to Rosarito. Most importantly his prices are very reasonable and my decisions were never pressured. He makes transitioning to the area much easier as he is quite knowledgeable and always has all of your needs in mind. He makes doing business a pleasure. Thanks Miguel!

Miguel helped me find a beautiful condo rental within my price range on short notice. He was great to deal and the process was very easy. What I didn't know is that Miguel would be our contact for all issues including rent, utility and appliance issues. He has been extremely helpful and always works with my erratic schedule to make things easy for me. Working with Miguel has been a great pleasure.

Miguel helped my roommate, dog, and I relocate from Oregon to Rosarito and made the transition as easy as possible for us. He knows the city well and has been able to offer great advice, and answer any questions we have had about the area. He is also bilingual which has been an enormous help since we don't speak Spanish. I would definitely recommend Miguel to anyone who is thinking of renting in Rosarito.
My experiences with Miguel Sedano and Renting in Mexico were wonderful. He was very patient, friendly, and thorough, a tremendously knowledgeable resource on real estate and the Baja area in general. I have experience with multiple real estate agents in the Rosarito area, and Miguel is by far the best. Totally transparent, honest and helpful, very highly recommended.
