Excellent customer service, answered all my questions promptly, reasonable pricing. Cell phone was not making or receiving phone calls. I had switched sims to telcel. Reset to factory settings. It didn't work. Alex figured it out, took a couple of days to fix. At the end It was fixed. Saved me from buying a phone that's configured to MX. Servicio al cliente es excelente, respondio a todas mis preguntas, precio fue razonable. El celular no recibiá o hacia llamadas. Yo cambie el sims y reprograme a entorno de facturacion y no sirvio. Alex supo como arreglarlo. Tomo dos dias y lo arreglo. Me ahorro de comprar un telefono configurado a MX.
