I would have given more Stars But. Felt Very Unwelcome. That's Very unusual for all the Places I've traveled in Mexico. The Bar Staff was Very Unfriendly To me. I felt as if I was Not worthy enough for a Drink. The Staff on the restaurant were Great that's Why 3 stars instead of 1. Food was Quick and Very Fresh. Enjoyed my soup and Calamari.

This place is very safe and absolutely beautiful. The pools are very nice with a kids pool and a adult pool. Sand volleyball court, ping pong and great beach chairs and palapa areas to hang for the day or enjoy the sunset. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is because they are not pet friendly at all. You can not even have your pet anywhere on the property even if they are on a leash. In today's world that is very rare to find.

Paradise Village timeshare scam continued.. At the airport I was offered a short cruise, 7:00 Dinner and show "Savia - rhythms of the night" for 100 .... but I had to attend breakfast the next morning where I would receive two bottles of tequila. I should have known it was the timeshare. But I wanted to see the hotel and figured I could always walk away. The sales pressure got worse and worse as they wouldn't take no. They tried to change the showtime... I had a conflict and asked for my money back. They didn't want to give me the two bottles of tequila ... I raised hell and got one bottle... then I walked away on my own. They definitely didn't live up to anything they said! I can't believe they're allowed to operate at the airport!

This is a good resort and have come here for 20 years. Do not even trade our membership as this always felt like home. It’s still overall ok..but...but we decided to do all inclusive and ended up off the resort since the food was horrible at the buffets. 900 bucks wasted I guess. The highlight was our waiter at the beach, extraordinary service We had to switch rooms as maintenance is not up to par and the AC did not work on the first night. We did not get any hassle on the change so they did ok there. Had a couple massages which were good but when we went to cancel the one for the last day, my wife got a bunch of push back.. annoying. Good massage on the beach for half the cost. Lastly, avoid the sales ladies when you check in.. all the want to do is sell you on timeshare stuff and do not really care otherwise. Overall this is a good place but had several disappointments this time. Got 10 years left on our timeshare and say no reason to extend based on this visit it even though we would have considered it...stay but do not buy... right now anyways...

A perfect hideaway to both watch the sun rise and sun set on a beautiful Nuevo Vallarta day. A beautiful clean beach, kayaks at sunrise, a gym and spa (even in Covid), a Palapa for everyone, friendly people everywhere (people have been coming back for over 20 years because its always so nice), BBQs to use as alternative to many great restaurants and options, many stores nearby (including grocery)....always being upgraded...hope to be back again!

I think this is the nicer hotel on Nuevo Vallarta, it has many restaurants with diferent tipes of food, the bars have good music and a variety of drinks. The beach it's so calm, perfect to kids or people who doesn't swim. And also there are another places near where you can try other food . Rooms are very comfortable, spacious, with equipped kitchen. If you want to have a quiet holidays to rest I really recommend you this hotel.

The staff were excellent. We often went to the gold course area and beach club. The shuttle driver Oscar was wonderful. He made us feel very safe and had lots of information for us about the area and about Puerto Vallarta as well. Oscar was always in a great mood and very cheerful. Our days seemed better being around Oscar.

We really enjoy this resort. It’s not “fancy” but it’s family friendly and in a really nice location. The grounds are very well kept and the rooms and facilities are very clean. The restaurants are good and happy hour is fun. Beach is the best around and there are not a ton of vendors. (There are a few if you want to shop.) We like the Mexican fiesta, the nearby grocery, the pool, room service, the water taxi to Vallarta Adventures and the views are AMAZING.
