Considering how dangerous Reynosa is, this is a good place to go for a run, since it is fenced, so at least you are safest in here than out on the street, to be hit by a bullet... There have been some robberies, many stories of car windows shattered... Some parts of the track are missing lights, so at night it can be hard to see... you may want to carry some lamps
