Well developed neighborhood right next to highway the only thing is that the location is 5 miles away from all basic business. Closest store is 1 mile away. It's kept pretty clean and can enjoy some great views from developments up hill.

I've lived in San Marino for about a year-and-a-half and I love it here. It's a very quiet location, the security guards are usually on point, and the people who work in the front office are very helpful and friendly.

Love the location for the peace and quiteness. The area is more of a middle to upper class living. It is close to the ocean but far enough to where you dont have to worry about all stuff that comes with it.There is a 24hr guard in each small communities which are also gated. Each community has something different for example one community has a pool where all the residents can have access to. Another one has an artificial soccer field and a basketball court.The only way to get there is in car there is no public transportation which in my case i prefer it like that. I would like to have a few more stores close by that are open later instead of having to drive to downtown rosarito. It always seems like there are crews working on the greens and doing upgrades and repairs on the roads so the maintenance is adequate. Anyone looking to purchase in a quite 24hr guard with parks for the kids and close to the beach this is it.
