Zero stars wasn’t an option unfortunately. Very dismissive staff. Gave away our reservation 5 min after accepting it. Then they said we could have another car pulled around immediately. 40 min later the car was ready. Again- strongly suggest you look for another company. Would not recommend. Cristina was particularly unhelpful. She spent the whole time on her phone. Again very dismissive. Go anywhere else.

Horrible service. We called to ask if the have a car available immediately, they said yes and that was the only car left. As soon as we get to the place they say they don’t have that car anymore, but they had another car for 500 more. They charged us for the car and made us wait for 50min for a car. The lady left us and went for lunch while we were waiting. We repeatedly asked where was the car and nobody could tell us anything, there was a lady that was constantly texting instead of paying attention to her clients. Then the manager comes super upset because we put a comment about the service and she decided to cancel. Worse service ever!!!

Terrible customer service. Once we got there, it took them 1 hour to get the car. Unfriendly service. Charged our card without explaining the charges, insurance option or anything. Kept telling us the car will be here in 15 minutes, every 15 minutes for an hour. Unless you are desperate like we were since no other car rental places had cars, I wouldn't come here.

Excellent option to rent a car. The prices are accessible in relation to the quality, a very familiar treatment.

Only rent a car had great service and vehicles. We could easily trust Raúl and everyone working there was very professional. The only thing is the price. It cost us 2900 pesos to drop the car in Puerto Escondido on top of our daily rental price. They may not be the cheapest in Oaxaca but we were happy we went with them.
