Great hotel. Lovely views room! My only comments: no water in room, had to buy some. Although somewhat expected, the hotel's restaurant was way too expensive.

This hotel is amazing. We arrived at Cozumel hours before Hurricane Zeta hit. The hotel we were ‘supposed’ to stay at boarded up it’s doors and failed to notify guests that the hotel was closing. We were stranded with no where to go. We ended up going to Hotel B Unique because it was down the street and it was still open. Hotel B literally rescued us. Gaby the front desk employee was extremely helpful. She gave us a room and got us food before the kitchen was closed due to the hurricane. The staff was running around making that all the guests were okay before the hurricane hit. Even though Hotel B Unique was in emergency shelter mode, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful and clean. The food was brought to our room really quick and it was delicious. We had power and internet most of the night, but once the hurricane hit we lost power for a about 2 hours. The employees were out early cleaning and getting the hotel ready before the sun came up. Our breakfast was also very tasty. All in all the dedication to service at the Hotel B was extraordinary. We are canceling our reservation at the ‘other’ hotel and staying here at the Hotel B Cozumel the remainder of our stay.
We were in the Junior suite for four nights at the beginning of January 2020. The room was really pretty, it has an ocean view and a bathtub. The room was clean everyday. The amenities are great, there is a beautiful infinity pool, there are four different entrances to the ocean (ladders and deck), and snorkeling in this area is amazing. The hotel offered different diving experience including snorkeling equipment rental, and scuba diving tours. All compliments to the chef for great food, really high quality and great flavors. Both lunch and dinner were really rich and have many options. The included breakfast is nice and satisfied. Dinning experience was excellent especially thanks to the restaurant staff in general and Alejandro garduza and Marcos in particular. They were extremely kind and gave us the best service. They were both very nice and helpful, attentive and in a good mood.
I didnt check in because they had the wrong position in Google Maps on the right side of the beach. So I booked "Jungle View" to be on the other side of the road. But the truth is that is "view to the street". They offered me an upgrade with the ocean-view for 40 . But on this side there was the loud noise of the Bar / Restaurant. I didnt check in and even they make wrong descriptions - no money back! Dont book here if you want to sleep... Its impossible.
great room beautiful views and great access to the ocean. i was skeptical about the lack of sand beach but it was absolutely great. i can’t wait to come back.
El hotel es increíble todos son súper amables siempre en todo momento al pendiente con una actitud muy bonita las albercas tienen un 10, definitivamente volveríamos!
